Helping families is something that comes from the HEART my goal is to offer support without BREAKING the bank tailoring a sleep support plan just for your family doesn't matter if you're co-sleeping or waking all night.

In-person training with a sleep expert includes 3-6 nights 12 hours. Personal parent coaching and baby support for 2 weeks follow-up. Hands on approach to training your baby. Do you have twins or triplets? Are sleep system will work in 3-6 nights.
The main job of a sleep consultant is to coach and support parents in assisting their child to sleep unassisted. Included is our video series and 24/3 VOXER support. Are packages are for single, twins and triplet families.

What does a Natural or Holistic Approach Mean?
Sleep is a biological need, we can't live without it. Over the last several years sleep training has been a VERY hot topic! It is also the most needed advice parents seek online, books, doctors and yet it's become so confusing that we are in a place where no one know's what's right or wrong.
I have worked with over a 1000 babies over 26 years first as a nanny and then as a newborn care specialist and sleep consultant. Over the years are lives have become so busy we don't have time to parent or EAT! So, I have developed a more friendly and hopefully calmer approach to sleep training.
What does that REALLY mean? I'm going to look at the whole family dynamics. This will include how parents were raised, mental health, nursery design, resent illness, siblings, and diet for mom and baby. Sleep isn't about just SLEEP it's about everything your child is around.
