    • Initial Sleep Assessment We will begin with an initial assessment of your baby’s current sleep habits. This will be completed before our consultation, which will help me to craft a plan specific to your baby’s sleep needs and your family’s parenting style.

     

    • One time zoom 45-Minute Consultation, where we will discuss our plan of action and answer all of the questions you have regarding your child's sleep issues. Follow-up phone call on Friday's.

     

    • Personalized Sleep Plan for your child’s specific struggles and includes clear, easy-to-follow steps to ensure your child is learning healthy sleep habits.

     

    • Nursery Assessment: We will assess the room for light, sound, temperature, room set-up, crib/bed placement, and discuss recommendations to optimize the sleeping environment.

     

The total investment is $497 will be invoiced before we start your first 45-minute call.
