14-Days of Sleep Support

  • Sleeping has never felt so good!

    • Initial Sleep Assessment We will begin with an initial assessment of your baby’s current sleep habits. You will have 14-morning 5-minute follow-up calls. 

     

    •  4 x Zoom Video 45-Minute, where we will discuss our plan of action and answer all of the questions you have regarding your child's sleep issues. Meeting Monday and Thursday. 

     

    • Video Sleep Plan for your child’s specific struggles and includes clear, easy-to-follow steps to ensure your child is learning healthy sleep habits.

     

    • Nursery Assessment: We will assess the room for light, sound, temperature, room set-up, crib/bed placement, and discuss recommendations to optimize the sleeping environment.

     

    Support the family in teaching sleep skills

  • Provide sleep coaching with and/or for the parents
  • Morning Check-Ins
  • Video Sleep Plan
